Has anyone ever made a request of you by beginning with the caveat “if you love me?” Many times when people prefaces a request with these words, it is because they are preparing to ask for something beyond a reasonable or agreeable request. New Altar Servers
We are staring a class for new altar servers this month.Boys and girls who have already received their First Holy Communion and older are welcome to become a server. There are two practices scheduled: SaturdayMay 16th and 23rd at 11:00 A.M. Call the Church to sign up or sign up at the Information booth on Sunday.
May Is The Month We Honor Mary
May is the month we honor Mary, the Mother of Jesus. During this month, in her honor, we will be reciting the Rosary every Friday evening at 6:00 P.M. along the Rosary Path and the Shrine to Our Lady of Life. Come join us.
Mother’s Day Baby Item Collection
Baby item collection for Mother’s Day is being sponsored by our Social Concerns Committee. All items donated will go to Shepherd’s Maternity House in Stroudsburg. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Items they are asking for are: boys & girls sleepers & clothing (new born or 0-3 months), easy to wipe feeding bibs, hooded towels and wash cloths, feeding spoons & bowls, receiving blankets & swaddles, baby wash lotion, pacifiers & pacifier clips.
