Mother’s Day Baby Item Collection
Baby item collection for Mother’s Day is being sponsored by our Social Concerns Committee. All items donated will go to Shepherd’s Maternity House in Stroudsburg. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Items they are asking for are: boys & girls sleepers & clothing (new born or 0-3 months), easy to wipe feeding bibs, hooded towels and wash cloths, feeding spoons & bowls, receiving blankets & swaddles, baby wash lotion, pacifiers & pacifier clips. Bingo
Our Lady’s Guild will be hosting Bingo on the third Wednesday every month in our parish hall starting April 15th. Doors open at Noon. Games are 25¢ per card. Small snacks and refreshments will be served. Games open to all. For more information, call Antoinette at 570-466-0830.
Bazaar 2026
This year we will not be sponsoring our usual bazaar. Instead, we will have three separate events: Food sale weekend, Tricky Tray Weekend sale and a Grand Raffle which this year will be a 50/50. If interested in helping out or sharing some ideas, we will meet this Tuesday, April 7th at 7:00 P.M. in the upper meting room. More information will come as plans begin to develop. Come share your thoughts and ideas.
Diocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass
Bishop Bambera and the Office of Parish Life wish to invite couples celebrating their 10th, 25th, 40th or 50th wedding anniversray in 2026 to a Diocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass on Sunday, June 28th. The event includes a 2:30 P.M. Mass at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Scranton and a light reception afterwards. Annual Seder Supper
We are now taking reservations for our Annual Seder Supper to be held in our Hall on Monday, March 30th. The Seder is the sacred meal of the Passover and the meal from which ritual elements of our Mass are taken. We will hear the story of the Passover and bless the symbolic foods. Season Of Lent
SEASON OF LENT is just around the corner. It begins with Ash Wednesday, February 18th. This forty day penitential season gives us a personal opportunity to reflect on our faith through the disciplines prayer, fasting and almsgiving. During this period, we will reflect on the temptations Jesus faced in the desert. We will pray the Stations of the Cross, reflecting on Jesus’s sacrifice for our sins. Getting Involved In Our Parish
Did you ever ask yourself about getting involved in the parish activities and ministries, but didn’t know how or which one? There are so many opportunities to get involved in the Church. Children’s Blessing
Next weekend is the Feast of the Holy Family. At all the Masses, we will impart on our children, a special blessing, praying for their safety and good health. Bring them to Mass and when it is time to get the blessing, have them stand proud as they are the future of our Church. God Bless Them!

CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE is out this weekend. It’s been a tough year for families with children and they could use a little pick me up around Christmas. The Giving Tree lists children that could use your help. Some angel tags have wishes for gifts, but it’s your choice of something to get for a young person.
