Did you ever ask yourself about getting involved in the parish activities and ministries, but didn’t know how or which one? There are so many opportunities to get involved in the Church. Liturgically, we are always asking for Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers. We need musicians: organists, pianists, cantors, singers for two choirs and other musical instruments. We look for people to join our parish societies: like Our Lady’s Guild for the women and the Holy Name and Knights of Columbus for the men, as well as high school kids for our Youth Group. We could always use some volunteers to be religious education teachers, aides, and volunteers. We even have a group of people who clean the Church every Monday morning so you can come into a beautiful well-cared for building.
As you can see, the opportunities are many and varied. NOW, we just need you to join us. There is a Volunteer Sheet at the Information desk and the table in the nathex. Take one, fill it out and return it to me directly or through the collection basket. Let’s work together to continue to build a beautiful, faith-filled, Church community.
