50/50 GRAND RAFFLE continues on. Presently we have taken in over $12,000 (as of 8/23/2026) in sales and half that amount is the winner’s grand prize. Tickets are available in the Church office. The Drawing will take place at the Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 17th . Make the return on your tickets and watch the prize go up.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS are selling Football Sweeps Tickets. They are $10 and available at the Church office or from a member of the Knights. There are 25 prizes each week for ten weeks.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS are actively recruiting for committed Catholic men to serve their community and Church. VACATION BIBLE FUN DAYS will be held Monday to Friday, July 13-17th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for children entering kindergarten through fifth grade. Everyday is different. New scripture stories and lessons, games, arts & crafts and a snack. Cost is $10 per child for parishioners. Sign up at the Information Desk or call the Church office.

If your child is not attending the Catholic School, then these CCD classes are their only formal education in the faith. They learn about their Church, the Bible, the Commandments, and the teachings of Jesus. They are being prepared to face the world with an understanding of our faith where Jesus teaches us to love one another and be forgiving. We are staring a class for new altar servers this month.Boys and girls who have already received their First Holy Communion and older are welcome to become a server. There are two practices scheduled: SaturdayMay 16th and 23rd at 11:00 A.M. Call the Church to sign up or sign up at the Information booth on Sunday.

May is the month we honor Mary, the Mother of Jesus. During this month, in her honor, we will be reciting the Rosary every Friday evening at 6:00 P.M. along the Rosary Path and the Shrine to Our Lady of Life. Come join us.

Baby item collection for Mother’s Day is being sponsored by our Social Concerns Committee. All items donated will go to Shepherd’s Maternity House in Stroudsburg. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Items they are asking for are: boys & girls sleepers & clothing (new born or 0-3 months), easy to wipe feeding bibs, hooded towels and wash cloths, feeding spoons & bowls, receiving blankets & swaddles, baby wash lotion, pacifiers & pacifier clips. Our Lady’s Guild will be hosting Bingo on the third Wednesday every month in our parish hall starting April 15th. Doors open at Noon. Games are 25¢ per card. Small snacks and refreshments will be served. Games open to all. For more information, call Antoinette at 570-466-0830.

This year we will not be sponsoring our usual bazaar. Instead, we will have three separate events: Food sale weekend, Tricky Tray Weekend sale and a Grand Raffle which this year will be a 50/50.
