On this feast of the Holy Family, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my THANKS to our parish family. I am so very grateful to all those who help in many ways in our parish. There are those who serve through the liturgy: Ministers of Communion, Lectors, Altar Servers, Cantors, Musicians, Contemporary and Traditional Choirs. There are those who serve in various ways helping the parish work together, such as, Our Lady’s Guild, Holy Name and Knights of Columbus, Youth Group, various committees that serve many purposes. There is the office staff that makes sure the parish is working properly and everyone is aware of what’s happening. There are those who make sure our Church is beautiful and clean, from the maintenance staff, to the volunteers who clean on Monday, to those who go out of their way to decorate and make our Church so beautiful, especially during the holidays. I can’t forget Father Tom, Father Joseph and Deacon Len and Sue Gallagher, our pastoral assistant, for their work, most especially when my health was a bit precarious. So you can see that there are many people in the parish family who tends to the needs of the entire family, its workings, its building, and its unity. My heartfelt THANKS goes out to all of these people as I thank God for their willingness to serve God, the Church, their faith, and especially our parish. God Bless You!
