On this third Sunday of the Advent season, Gaudete Sunday, we are encouraged to rejoice. Maybe “encouraged” isn’t strong enough, but “obliged” seems too heavy-handed. We are exhorted to shout and sing by the prophet Zephaniah, urged to exult and give thanks by the psalmist, and practically begged to rejoice by Saint Paul, who insists on saying it twice. Childrens Nativity Play

CHILDREN’S NATIVITY PLAY takes place at the Christmas Family Mass on December 24th . If your child would like to take part in this special celebration, please fill out the form found at the Information Booth. Children are needed as angels, Joseph & Mary, shepherds, etc. as they are in the Gospel story. Participation will require attendance at two Saturday practices: December14th & 21st .

Our Lady’s Guild will once again having their famous Scone Kit sale! Orders will be taken from now until December 1st. You can order either Chocolate Chip, Raisin, Cranberry or all three.
