New Altar Servers

We’re starting a new class to train new altar servers. Boys and girls, of any grade but who have already received their 1st Holy Communion are eligible to become a server and help the priest at Mass. Call the office (570-629-4572) or sign the altar server sheet at the information booth.

Bishop’s Youth Award

Two of our high school seniors are receiving the Bishop’s Youth Awards this weekend at the Cathedral: Evan Schmidt and Isaiah Rodriguez. We congratulate them on this achievement and thank them for their work in the parish. Good job!

Memorial Scholarship

The Knights of Columbus, Council # 12114, is sponsoring a Memorial Scholarship of $500.00 to seniors from Our Lady of Victory Parish who will be attending college in the Fall. This scholarship is named after Father Henry E. Zapotocki for his dedication as a Knight, his work in the education system and his concern for our young people. Applications are available in the church office. But hurry, application deadline is April 1st.

Thank you for you many donations to the food pantry. Many people have benefitted from your generosity. Presently, we are in need of peanut butter, jelly, pancake mix and syrup, spaghetti sauce, mac & cheese, coffee, cocoa and tea, cans of fruit. Thank you.
